PH Eshopping.com.ph Guidelines for Using the “Proudly Filipino” Stamp

For Sellers of Products Made in the Philippines

To promote Filipino craftsmanship and ensure uniformity across the entire platform, eshopping.com.ph requires all sellers offering Made in the Philippines products to add the official “Proudly Filipino” Stamp on their product images.

These guidelines outline correct usage, placement, and quality standards.

1. Who Should Use the Stamp

Sellers must apply the stamp if:

  • The product is manufactured, handcrafted, or assembled in the Philippines.
  • At least 70% of the product’s production or materials originate from the Philippines.
  • The seller is a local brand representing Philippine craftsmanship.

Sellers should NOT use the stamp if:

  • The item is imported.
  • Only the packaging is done in the Philippines.
  • The seller cannot verify country of origin.

2. Official Stamp Design

  • Sellers must use the official eshopping.com.ph “Proudly Filipino” PNG file provided in the Seller Center.
  • The stamp must not be modified — no distortion, color changes, stretching, cropping, or adding shadows/effects.

3. Placement & Positioning

✔ Mandatory Placement

  • Bottom right corner of the product photo.
  • 2–3% margin from the right and bottom edges.

✔ Size Requirement

  • Stamp should cover 8%–10% of the photo’s width.

Must be clearly visible but not overpowering the product.

✔ Do NOT:

  • Do not place the stamp on the center, upper corners, or left side.
  • Do not rotate, fade, blur, or distort.
  • Do not cover important product details.
  • Do not overlap with text or brand marks.

4. Background & Photo Quality Standards

  • Use high-resolution images (min 1080×1080).
  • Avoid busy backgrounds.
  • Product must remain the main focus.
  • Lighting must be bright and clean.

5. Consistency Across All Photos

  • All product images must have the stamp placed in the same location and size.
  • The first (main) product image is required to have the stamp.
  • Additional images are recommended to keep branding consistent.

6. Acceptable Use Examples

✔ Correct:

  • Stamp bottom-right.
  • Neutral/white background.
  • Proportional size.
  • No distortion or color changes.

✘ Incorrect:

  • Stamp top-left.
  • Stamp overlapping product.
  • Colors altered.
  • Too small or too large stamp.
  • Edges cropped.
